What we verify first
- Companies: registered and operating offices in Lombardia; registration and activation between 1 June 2025 and 31 December 2026.
- Regulated professionals: activity started within four years; check tax domicile and qualification.
- At least 50% capital expenditure; payments by 31 December 2026.
- Check VAT dates, excluded ATECO, contribution compliance, de minimis and resources.
